About the role
The Anthropic Institute is looking for an Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of our external convenings programs. As AI gets increasingly powerful, Anthropic is eager to engage and learn from a diverse set of leaders and communities. Responsibilities
- Run convening operations end-to-end. For each convening, develop invite lists and track outreach; refine presentation materials; build welcome packets and research briefs; coordinate room/travel/dinner logistics; run point for day-of facilitation support; lead post-convening communications.
- Own systematic follow-up. Build systems to track customized post-convening support to participants as they shape and use AI in their own communities.
- Use Claude for innovation and scale. Develop Claude based systems and tools to develop new ways of convening (Claude interviews participants before a convening to better understand their hopes) and create operational efficiency.

- For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
- Annual Salary:
- $180,000 - $210,000 USD
