Role Review The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously strengthening Coins.ph's enterprise risk management framework across: e-money and wallet operations, domestic and cross-border payments, remittance, crypto and digital asset services, treasury and liquidity risk, fraud and operational risk, and strategic business risk. This leader will play a critical role in enabling sustainable growth while ensuring the company maintains a strong risk posture and regulatory standing. The ideal candidate combines: deep fintech and payments risk expertise, strong understanding of BSP-regulated businesses, operational and execution strength, data-driven decision making, and the ability to balance growth, user experience, and risk management. This role requires someone who is highly effective in cross-functional execution, capable of driving complex risk initiatives end-to-end, and experienced in working closely with regulators, executive leadership, and Board committees.
