Store Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of store equipment, fixtures, and appliances
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
• Support new store setups and layout changes
• Maintain tools and manage stock of maintenance supplies
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing
• Manage supplier contact lists and coordinate quotations and service schedules
• Handle invoice management and documentation for maintenance-related work
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all work complies with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or a related technical field
• Prior experience in general maintenance, preferably in retail or F&B
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Organized and responsive, with good time management skills
• Able to work independently and travel across islandwide store locations
• Physically fit and willing to handle manual tasks
• Possession of a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license is an advantage
