- Qualifications & Experience
- A first degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate qualification in Risk Management or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit risk management, including quantitative modelling and stress testing within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of Basel II/III frameworks and IFRS 9 requirements.
