About the role
Job Duties: Own and evolve the Health and Protection products (H&P) and work with ecosystem team to build on services best suited for the H&P pillar Identify gaps and strengthen opportunities within the current H&P product suite and customer journeys. Understand internal and external data to understand the customers, target audiences and translate into actionable recommendations for proposition enhancements Develop, execute and review the effectiveness of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans to generate customer awareness, channel traction and sales adoption in a 360-degree marketing approach. Identify market trends and opportunities to develop tactical plans, such as increasing product penetration in the target audiences. Uses data and insights to drive marketing decisions and refresh customer propositions to optimise results and recommend improvements. Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors, creative and media agencies for all aspects of campaigns. Ensure smooth executions of events including project management, registration process and administrative work for all health marketing initiatives Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: At least 6-8 years' experience in marketing, product development or sales. Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance/Economics, or related.
