Area Security Officer - Guaranteed 42 hours contract

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will provide professional security cover across sites in Frimley, Guildford and Reading. You will help maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, visitors and contractors.
• You will:
• Support different sites as part of a wider professional security team
• Control access for staff, visitors, contractors and vehicles
• Carry out patrols, searches and incident response where required
• Follow site specific procedures and assignment instructions
• Maintain accurate records, reports and handovers
• Represent the business professionally at each location
• Essential Requirements
• To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable working 12 hour shifts across days, nights and weekends, and be willing to travel between sites in Frimley, Guildford and Reading.
• Candidates must also be able to meet the requirements for security clearance due to the nature of the sites.
• ✅ Requirements:
• Must hold a valid SIA Licence
• Eligible and willing to undergo SC (Security Clearance) checks - must have been a UK resident for at least 5 years
• 5-year checkable work or education history - full referencing required
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends
