Requirements

• CPA license required (or active progress toward licensure); MST/MBT preferred.
• 5-8+ years of recent public accounting experience in flow‑through taxation with significant real estate exposure (commercial/residential, development, funds, private equity real estate).
• Demonstrated strength in partnership tax concepts (capital accounts, allocations, basis, debt, waterfalls).
• REIT experience (income/asset testing, UPREIT structures) is a strong plus .
• Proficiency in researching complex issues and communicating concise guidance to clients and teams.
• Strong project management skills; comfortable leading multiple concurrent engagements in a hybrid environment.
