Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection of both printed circuit boards and assemblies
- Verify material according to applicable acceptance criteria (IPC, IIP, data sheets, etc.)
- Interpret drawings, work instructions, job routings, test instructions, BOM's and inspection documents
- Identify/segregate nonconforming material according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of product acceptance and FAI requirements
- Verify in-process and finished product according to applicable standards and criteria (AQL, QSL, customer print, established program, etc.)
- Perform inspections using optical scopes, measurement tools and x-ray equipment
- What will make you stand out?
- Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in an electronic manufacturing environment
- Previous OEM or EMS industry experience highly desirable
- Experience in ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 13485 manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative solution capabilities
- Excellent communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas
