Job Summary We are looking for a Center of Competence (CoC) Specialist to drive system capability building, process automation, and operational excellence within our Revenue function. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational requirements into scalable system solutions. You will lead initiatives to automate manual workflows, improve data quality, standardize processes, and build the system foundations that enable future business growth. Responsibilities Partner with Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities. Lead the design and implementation of system capabilities to support revenue operations, including order management, customer subscription management, and related business workflows. Analyze existing operational processes and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Drive business process optimization by eliminating manual tasks and streamlining end-to-end operational workflows. Design and establish the system logic and framework to support future automated sales commission calculations and management. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and data governance standards to ensure consistency across revenue operations. Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee solution implementation. Monitor system performance, identify process gaps, and recommend continuous improvements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and user adoption for newly implemented system enhancements. Utilize data and operational insights to recommend improvements that enhance productivity, reduce operational risk, and improve customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Operations Excellence, Process Automation, or a similar role. Experience designing or implementing business systems, workflow automation, or operational process improvements. Strong understanding of system implementation methodologies and business process mapping. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical or functional specifications. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, subscription management, or order management platforms is highly advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. Experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, SQL, BI tools, or low-code/no-code solutions will be an advantage.
