About the role

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements for Thailand. This role supports the preparation and review of management and statutory reports, oversee timely filings and payments, and assists in month-end and year-end closings, audits, billing and collections and tax investigations. The position also coordinates with banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities, while supporting billing, invoicing, documentation, and other finance and compliance-related activities. Job Responsibilities: Review management reports and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reported information. Prepare and review statutory reports, including GST/VAT, Payroll Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Ensure all regulatory filings and statutory submissions are completed accurately and on time. Stay up to date with regulatory and tax changes and ensure timely compliance with all applicable requirements. Coordinate with banks to support operational, documentation, and compliance-related requirements. Assist in payments related to statutory and regulatory compliance through online banking platforms. Liaise with third-party consultants on all regulatory, tax, and statutory compliance matters. Assist in interim and annual audits of the Group, including the preparation of interim and annual financial reports. Support and coordinate tax investigations, including communication with the Thai Revenue Department when required. Support and coordinate all other matters with statutory and regulatory agencies Assist the Manager in the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports and Group forecasts. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely month-end and year-end closing of books for all entities supported by the APAC Finance Team, in accordance with regional timelines. Assist in billing and invoicing processes, including issuance to clients, monitoring collections, computing THB conversions for foreign-denominated invoices using BOT rates, and collecting withholding tax certificates. Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation of financial, tax, and statutory records. Manage petty cash fund, including monitoring usage and preparing timely liquidation reports. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Must hold an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, demonstrating adherence to recognized professional accounting standards. At least 5 years of experience in statutory accounting, finance, or compliance, with proven ability to lead accounting teams and ensure accurate reporting. Proven experience in managing financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsPrior audit experience is preferred, contributing to a strong understanding of compliance and risk managementIn-depth knowledge of financial and accounting standards, including US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS, with practical experience in their application. Strong achievement orientation, consistently delivering accurate statutory and management reports, cash flow forecasts, and compliance filings. High adaptability and agility, responding effectively to changing accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.
