Assigned Area: Di Linh, Lam Ha, Duc Trong and nearby areas, subject to the Manager's assignment and arrangement. Main Responsibilities: Execute assigned tasks effectively and efficiently, managing both time and cost Implement sustainable activities within the assigned area, working with farmers, team leaders, and agents. Gather and report information regularly on the execution of sustainable activities to management, coordinating with provincial management to verify information when needed. Identify challenges as well as opportunities to drive the development of the sustainability activities further. Be responsible for sustainable data in the managed area. Support Field Technicians (FT) in technical activities, training, and field monitoring. Work as part of a team and ensure the team meets its objectives. Ensure all activities comply with relevant Group Code of Conducts, legal demands, and ethical standards. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the direct manager.
