Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• -Manage multiple outlets day to day operation and sales
• -Able to manage, coach and motivate sales and therapist team to achieve target and KPI
• -Manage and make sure customers satisfaction are meet
• -Manage customer complaints
• -Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
• -Outlet administration duty
• -Other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

• -Experienced in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service and Administrative duties
• -Excellent customer service with good communication & Interpersonal skills
• -Responsible, Positive work attitude and with good Initiative
• -Prefer applicants with relevant experience in the Beauty Industry
• -Able to work retail hour
