- MBA is a plus
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development from FMCG, especially in Personal Care shop (Watsons/Boots)
- Experience managing large or strategic accounts preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Relationship management and customer focus
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work cross-functionally
