About the role

Job Description: Responsible for creating manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment. In Charge of developing new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Responsible for creating CNC code/program for machining as well as designing toolings, fixtures and gauges. In charge of creating special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding etc. Responsible for conducting pre-production pilot run and training for associates. Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements. Responsible in liaising with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development. Support continuous improvement projects and Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process Requirement Min Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical/Material Engineering Min 3 years' experience in precision engineering in Manufacturing Environment with competent with CAD software; Experience in special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding will be advantage To submit your application, please apply online apply@rn-care.com or call +(65) 6513 5697 for private and confidential discussion.
