- Hands-on experience managing localization workflows, including string handoffs, translation review cycles, and coordination with localization vendors and LQA teams.
- Familiarity with localization QA processes, including linguistic testing, layout validation, and functional verification of localized builds across multiple languages.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional communication across development, QA, design, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience supporting cross-team initiatives with Marketing, Community, or User Research is a plus.
