Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert supporting activities for biologics and injectable applications across the sale cycle
  • Provide technical support to biopharma customers, enabling development and implementation of Roquette solutions at strategic and key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with customer R&D, formulation, process teams, to understand development challenges and bottlenecks, and to define solution strategies

  • Contribute to the development of technical marketing materials, including white papers, case studies, technical presentations, and data packages that support commercial activities.
  • Deliver technical presentation and training to internal audiences
  • Represent Roquette at scientific conferences, trade shows, and industry forums
  • Stay current with trends in biologics, drug development, manufacturing technologies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Education: Advance degree (Ph.D., MSc) in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences discipline
  • Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial mind set with a customer-centric, proactive approach and resilience in the face of challenges
  • Fluency in English
  • Core capabilities Able to break down complex formulation or process challenges into actionable paths
  • Build credibility and rapport with technical stakeholders and communicate with clarity and confidence, be the voice of customers
  • Understand how technical decisions impact timelines, risks, and commercial outcomes
  • Proactively drive projects forward with minimal direction and supervision
  • Work effectively across functions and geographies
  • Business Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30 - 50% of the time)
