Responsibilities
- Lead Molding Maintenance operations to achieve plant safety, quality, and productivity objectives.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of production reporting and employee timekeeping.
- Partner with the Quality department to investigate and resolve internal and customer-related quality concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of delivering results.
- At least 5 years of experience in plastics processing, injection molding maintenance, automation, engineering, or high-speed production/assembly operations.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Demonstrated technical, business, and organizational acumen.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, analyze data, and respond effectively to changing business conditions.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing operations and ability to quickly learn company procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and resource management or maintenance systems (CMMS)
