About the role

📍 Location: Somerset 🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week 💰 Salary: Up to $2,700 Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district. Job Scope: Deliver warm, professional, and personalised guest service by assisting with arrivals and departures, luggage handling, room escorts, transportation arrangements, and responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries. Create exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, promoting hotel services, supporting VIP and special arrivals, and ensuring adherence to luxury hospitality and NoMad service standards. Support smooth hotel operations by coordinating with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security teams, maintaining lobby and luggage areas, and managing guest deliveries, messages, and records accurately. Uphold safety, security, and operational standards by ensuring proper handling of guest belongings, following hotel procedures, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and contributing to teamwork and service excellence. Job Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or related operations is preferred, with familiarity in hotel operations and local attractions being an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Service-oriented, positive, and energetic personality with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and able to handle luggage, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
