Associate, Business Effectiveness Co-op - Transaction banking

Responsibilities

• You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

• How you'll succeed
• Reporting and Data Analysis - Create, update, and maintain reports using tools such as Power BI to support business decisions and track progress.
• Ideation and Problem Solving - Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and solving business challenges.
• Automation Support - Assist in implementing automation solutions using platforms like Power Automate to streamline processes.
• AI Project Participation - Contribute to AI-related projects, learning how to apply strategic planning tools to real-world business problems.
• Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with team members, business partners, and leaders to share updates and ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• You're tech-savvy. You bring experience or coursework in reporting, automation, or AI, and are comfortable working with tools like Power BI and Power Automate.
• You're a collaborative problem solver. You enjoy brainstorming with others and contributing ideas to improve efficiency.
• You're eager to learn. You're enthusiastic about gaining hands-on experience in AI projects and strategic planning within transaction banking.
