Shipping Executive [Immediate / LC]

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of shipping documentation , including invoicing, packing lists, letters of credit, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
• Handle logistics coordination , including processing, monitoring, and tracking customer and supplier orders.
• Manage inventory and update sales and purchase data in the order system.
• Prepare monthly business-related reports.
• Provide administrative support to the department manager and executive.

Requirements

• Experience in international trade and logistics administration.
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with letters of credit (LC) is an added advantage.
