Position Summary: As an Irrigation Field Technician , you'll play a direct role in protecting and enhancing residential and commercial properties throughout the Lansing area while earning $19-$27 per hour with a clear path for growth. Each day, you'll manage a structured route, diagnose and repair irrigation systems, and represent a company that has been trusted since 1976. What you'll do: Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, including valves, heads, wiring, and controllers. Perform seasonal system startups, winterizations, inspections, and routine maintenance. Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work. Maintain organized service vehicles, accurate job notes, and proper documentation. Uphold Spartan Irrigation's standards for quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism in every service call. Experience: A strong knowledge of tools and a high mechanical aptitude. Mindset: A desire to perform quality workmanship and an eagerness to be trained. Requirements: Must be over the age of 21 with a clean driving record.
