About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in theFLDSUPPACT. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Demonstrating mastery of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, force design methodologies, and long-range workforce planning principles; Working knowledge of Department of the Navy and Department of War programs, missions, and policies related to Total Force Manpower and Force Design; Understanding of Navy organizational and command structures; Executing enterprise-level manpower data calls and utilizing manpower systems.
