About the role

Annual salary: up to £38,703.26 Multi-Skilled Operative Location: Rainham (London) Contract: Full Time Permanent - 42.5hrs per week, 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday Salary: Up to £38,703.26 per annum, plus company van and fuel card We are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team in Rainham, supporting a busy social housing contract across London and Essex. This is a field-based role focused primarily on reactive repairs within occupied homes, where quality workmanship and excellent customer service are key. This is a hands-on role offering variety and autonomy, where you will carry out multi-trade repairs in residents' homes. You will be trusted to manage your own workload, identify additional repair needs, and deliver a right-first-time service while always representing Mears professionally.
