About the role

Head of International Business / Regional Director Hiring: Australia x 1pax, South Korea x 1pax, Middle East x 1pax Compensation: A reasonable increase based on your current salary and expected compensation Job Responsibilities 1. Global Market Expansion and Regional Strategy Responsible for the business expansion of unmanned delivery vehicles/freight unmanned vehicles in overseas markets (Hong Kong, Japan, Europe, etc.), formulating and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. 2. Full-Process Project Management Responsible for the entire process from customer development, RFQ, solution design, pricing, and contract signing, to pilot testing and delivery acceptance, ensuring project success and implementation. 4. Customer and Industry Ecosystem Development Expand and maintain core customers, channel partners, system integrators, and industry resources; build long-term partnerships; and promote continuous repeat purchases and large-scale replication. 5. Government and Regulatory Relationship Management Key CapabilitiesLiaison with regional governments, regulatory agencies, and industry groups to address autonomous driving-related regulations and compliance requirements, and promote licensing and commercial operation permits. 6. Pilot Projects and Policy Promotion Work with governments and partners to conduct pilot projects for autonomous vehicles, promote policy optimization and regulatory implementation, and accelerate the deployment of autonomous logistics vehicles. 7. Market Insight and Competitive Strategy Continuously track regional policies, regulations, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in Hong Kong, Japan, and Europe, and develop differentiated market strategies. 8. Cross-regional collaboration and project advancement Work closely with the China headquarters, R&D, product delivery, etc., to advance project progress, manage risks and ensure final acceptance, ensuring the effective implementation of global projects. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Advanced Manufacturing, or related fields preferred. 2. 3 years or more of overseas Business Development/Sales experience in Hong Kong, Japan, or Europe. 3. Proficiency in respective languages in targeted markets 4. B2B. Sales experience preferred (Logistics, Automation Equipment, Automotive, IoT, etc.) 5. Possesses solution-oriented sales capabilities and can drive the implementation of complex projects. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stress management skills. 7. Possesses cross-cultural communication and multi-regional collaboration capabilities. Note:- Experience in autonomous driving/robotics/smart logistics Has resources in logistics companies, vehicle fleets, manufacturing industries, ports, or trading companies Has experience collaborating with OEMs/Tier 1 suppliers/system integrators (Europe preferred) Has experience collaborating with government agencies or large enterprises Familiar with local regulations (Autonomous driving, data compliance, CE, etc.) Has experience in developing overseas markets from scratch.
