About the role
A Business Intelligence Developer serves as a strategic driver of data-driven decision making, architecting and sustaining enterprise-grade data solutions that underpin financial reporting, risk management, regulatory compliance, and long-term business strategy. Duties & Responsibilities Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards that create a single source of truth, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decisions. Develop and maintain datasets through efficient data modeling, DAX, and performance-focused measures, while optimizing SQL queries, views, improve reporting, analytics, and data processing performance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production reporting and analytics solutions by resolving issues, ensuring reliability and data accuracy, and optimizing dataset performance, scalability, and overall BI environment efficiency Coordinate and collaborate with IT and Line of Business leadership to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable, data-driven business intelligence solutions, including data availability, data mapping, integration of new data sources, and governance and security across all reporting and analytics deliverables. Maintains compliance with banking regulations (e.g., data governance, audit requirements) Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support evolving business needs and organizational priorities. Requirements
- Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum Experience
- 6+ years in Business Intelligence, with at least 4+ years specifically dedicated to the PowerBI ecosystem in enterprise environment
- Banking experience is preferred
