A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES: As our Senior Systems Design Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our key technology initiatives, including: Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for broadcast systems installations, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., control rooms, studios & technical spaces). Scope & Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models. Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders. Budget & Risk Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify/mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, change orders, status reports, and final handover documentation. Technical Oversight: Possess a working knowledge of modern broadcast technologies (e.g., IP video/SMPTE 2110, cloud-based systems, baseband infrastructure, asset management).
