Early Intervention Teacher - Metta Preschool, Punggol

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive lessons aligned with the early intervention curriculum to support developmental goals
• Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs and learning styles
• Track and document student progress to inform instructional adjustments and reporting
• Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and set measurable goals
• Organize and facilitate outings, enrichment activities, and classroom events to enhance learning experiences
• Mentor new staff and interns by providing guidance and conducting On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions
• Ensure adherence to ISO and NCSS/MSF standards to maintain quality and compliance in service delivery
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the centre's operations and objectives
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Diploma in Early Childhood or Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (SDESN) preferred
• Experience working in preschool or special needs educational settings is advantageous
• Demonstrate patience, passion, and a collaborative team approach
• Exhibit strong planning skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning

• Location: Punggol
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
