Responsibilities
- Responsible for Marine Trade Area analysis within the scope: identifying regional strengths and weaknesses and formulating plans to strengthen the dealer network.

- Actively manage dealer relationships to drive increasing brand loyalty and sales
- Actively promote the brands to new and prospective dealers to motivate and drive dealer interest in and desire for them.
- Represents BeNelux in the monthly planning and SIOP cycle.
- Contributes significantly to market and competition analytics as well as the creation of countermeasures.
- To understand the changing customer requirements and market conditions and respond by influencing the development of services/products that meet customer needs.
- Identifying the resolving issues with the dealer that are affecting retail performance, profitability or customer satisfaction and, where appropriate, drive corrective actions with the support of the other Brunswick teams (Sales Admin, After Sales, Marketing etc)
- Support marketing in terms of local language proofreading, boat shows organisation and press test
- Monitor market retail activity and market wholesale activity within the assigned area
Requirements
- Eight years of field sales experience in an OEM and Dealer environment, preferably within the marine or automotive industry.
- Ability to manage and strengthen dealer and OEM relationships.
- Technical background and experience is an advantage, especially in the mechanics and electronics.
- Financial Management.
- Native Dutch, Fluent English level, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
- Positive attitude and open for new ideas.
- Customer orientation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Displays initiative.
- Ability to work independently.
- Available for frequent travel in the region and to the Headquarters in Belgium.
- Stress resistant.
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office & ERP structures.
- Driver's license.
- Boating license is a plus.
