Front Desk Receptionist (Administrative Assistant / Office Clerk) Shift: First (Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm) Pay Rate: $10.00 - 12.00 / hr (DOE) As Front Desk Receptionist, you will make a genuine impact on new customers and clients. You will be the first impression of the company while on the phone or at the office. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality yet prompt, perceptive and disciplined work ethic. You should be able to handle all sorts of client inquiries, complaints and give accurate and helpful information. A service-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make our customers feel comfortable, welcome, and valued while in our office. You must also be able to work well with a wide range of people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules. Specific qualifications for the Receptionist role include: Friendly outgoing personality 1-2 years' experience as a Receptionist Must have a current resume with recent office experience Strong customer service and people skills Excellent phone skills Business professional attitude Data entry skills Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook Previous Insurance Industry experience a plus Familiarity with Office Machines Good Organizational, Problem Solving, and Multi-Tasking abilities High School Diploma or GED required Ability to pass Proveit testing on Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software Must pass background check, drug screen, & E-verify All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
