Lytx India is looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) and employee relations exposure to support day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives and support our growing site in India. You'll Get To : Provide first-level mentoring to employees and managers on employee discretionary policies, mentoring and various lifecycle processes and moments that matter Managing employee relations, role changes, and exit interview Drive operational excellence across case management by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, documentation integrity, and timely resolution Deliver consistent, compliant, and high-quality customer service Support performance reviews, talent development and retention initiatives Maintain a data-driven approach, using insights to improve employee experience and streamline processes Advise managers on HR policies, employee concerns, and people decisions Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management (PIP's), and employee development Drive engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs Support employee development plan for high potential employees and all employees across organization Maintain HR data, dashboards, and ensure compliance with local labour laws Handle complete employee and manager inquiries, including complicated and escalated situations, applying strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Working with global teams in a highly matrixed global organization Proactively anticipate operational risks and implement preventive, scalable solutions to mitigate impact What you need: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving skills, customer-focused approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding employee experience Experience in fast-growing, tech, product, or startup environments preferred Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and act with ownership Practical problem-solving capability with good judgment Critical thinking and analytical ability Ability to clearly articulate problem areas and influence collaborators toward solutions Strong solution-oriented focus with a continuous improvement approach Empathy and sensitivity when handling employee matters Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating complex scenarios The Position requires in office and remote/hybrid work in Bangalore, India Preferred Attributes: MBA / Master's degree in HR or a related field 8+ years of HR experience covering both HR Generalist and HRBP responsibilities Employee relations experience is an added advantage High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity Working knowledge of HRIS is preferred
