Senior/Lead UX Researcher

About the role

We seek a highly experienced Senior/Lead UX Researcher to support the evolution of our global platform through collaborative work with numerous stakeholders and clients from different business units. The candidate will work with product stakeholders, design leads, and other product teams, driving the research, shaping requirements and visions into new features/integrations, and acting as a catalyst between various global teams, some of which have their local researchers. #LI-DNI #dep-feb2 #EasyApply Responsibilities Utilize a broad range of research methods and conduct them effectively Work with large amounts of data and identify similarities Facilitate and supervise research activities happening locally in each business unit working on the capability Coach non-research team members if a specific Business Unit doesn't have a dedicated researcher, but they still do "research"-like activities Design objectives, methodologies, guides, scripts, research schedules Collect insights on learned researches, accumulate and structure them for future re-use and signal potential opportunities Bring the team up to the understanding of researches done and outcomes See the helicopter view on the whole organization / ecosystem Drive change and back it up with solid Research results Work effectively with a multi-cultural team where there can be some level of silo Be proactive, spotting areas for improvements, proposing good ideas Manage stakeholders, negotiate and provide transparent reporting Support the feature/requirements through their life-cycle end-to-end on every stage Requirements 5+ years of relevant professional experience Proficiency with a range of research tools and methodologies High level of proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard prototyping tools Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle, Software Engineering Process, and User-Centered Research/Design Thinking Ability to synthesize and communicate research findings, conceptual ideas & detailed design to all levels of the client organization Strong conceptual and systematic thinking; ability to provide efficient feedback to others and justify one's own decisions Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken (B2 or higher) Nice to have Ability to control and measure results in projects Team management skills Ability to manage and eliminate conflict issues Experience in pre-sale activities Experience working on enterprise-type projects We offer We gather like-minded people: Engineering community of industry professionals Friendly team and enjoyable working environment Flexible schedule and opportunity to work remotely within Poland Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually Business-driven relocation opportunities We provide growth opportunities: Outstanding career roadmap Leadership development, career advising, soft skills, and well-being programs Certification (GCP, Azure, AWS) Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning, Get Abstract, Cloud Guru English classes We cover it all: Stable income (Employment Contract or B2B) Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) Strategically located offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, fantastic coffee, and more Referral bonuses Corporate, social and well-being events Please, note: The set of bonuses might vary based on the role you apply for - specifics will be discussed with our recruiter during the general interview We will reach out to selected candidates exclusively EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
