About the role

We're looking for a Product Operations Manager who is the full package -someone with the mindset of a Product Manager and the operational rigor to scale a complex, multi-product organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with broad scope, not a coordinator role. You will treat our internal processes, analytics, and tooling as products, with our Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners as your customers. You will own a roadmap and backlog, identify opportunities to add value, and drive them to completion with minimal oversight. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution -helping a fast-moving Product organization work smarter, make better decisions, and deliver with consistency at scale. You will lead through influence, not authority, and your success will be measured by the business impact you create.

Responsibilities

  • Own the PDLC as a Product
  • Become a deep expert in our Product Development Lifecycle across multiple product lines and engineering teams -identifying friction, gaps, and inconsistencies
  • Maintain a prioritized roadmap and backlog for your own work, just as a PM would for a product -regularly communicating priorities, progress, and impact to stakeholders
  • Partner with Product Managers to continuously improve ways of working across discovery, business case development, prioritization, roadmapping, release readiness, and communication
  • Drive adoption of PDLC best practices across the org, treating change management as a core part of the job
  • Partner with Product Managers to identify and embed AI tools into the PDLC -from discovery and synthesis to documentation and prioritization -helping the team work faster without adding complexity
  • Tooling Strategy & Governance
  • Own and evolve our product tooling stack ( Claude , Jira, Pendo, Confluence, Tempo, and others), ensuring tools actively support PDLC workflows and planning needs
  • Demonstrate clear, measurable business value from tooling investments -not just deployment, but adoption and outcomes
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for how tools connect to process, and advocate for improvements based on user feedback
  • Operational Insights & Data
  • Own internal product analytics -build and maintain dashboards and reporting that surface product usage patterns, feature adoption, product health, and ROI
  • Bring data into the PDLC at every stage: analyze customer feedback, financial performance, and usage data to inform prioritization and planning
  • Partner with Product Strategy, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure market and customer insights are systematized and flowing into product decisions
  • Establish and maintain scalable feedback loops -bugs, enhancement requests, customer input, and internal signals -so Product Managers have the right inputs at the right time
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication
  • Act as a connective layer across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and PMO -ensuring priorities are understood, dependencies are managed, and follow-through happens
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively to multiple audiences -from individual contributors to senior executives -adjusting your message without losing the substance
  • Support planning cycles, leadership operating rhythms, and strategic content preparation as needed
  • Change Leadership
  • Drive change management efforts for new processes, operating models, and tooling rollouts -with the empathy and "bedside manner" to bring people along, not just mandate adoption
  • Build credibility through consistency, follow-through, and a track record of making things better

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, Program Manager in a Product Org or in a closely adjacent product role -you understand the PDLC from the inside
  • Demonstrated experience treating internal processes and tooling as pr
