Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on selling data products, SaaS, or API-based solutions.
- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of the weather and climate industry, or deep experience selling digital transformation into data-driven sectors such as energy, maritime, aviation, agriculture, or logistics.
- A consultative, value-based selling style with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships across cultures, time zones, and seniority levels.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and effective working independently in a remote, globally distributed team.
- Fluent in English; willingness to travel across the territory as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in a high-tech field.
