About the role

At Future Secure AI, we're building something genuinely new - and we're looking for people bold enough to build it with us. We work at the frontier of AI, tackling big, real-world problems for global enterprises across multiple industries, armed with state-of-the-art technology and a culture that prizes courage, rigor, and relentless curiosity. Our BRAVER values aren't just words on a wall - they describe the kind of people we are and the standard we hold ourselves to every day. Our leadership team is entrepreneurial, experienced, and accessible, with an open-door policy that means you'll never be just a number here. We invest seriously in your growth because we know our success depends on yours. If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you. Future Secure AI builds AI Co‑Workers that execute real operational work, not demos. We design and deploy applied AI systems that automate decisions, augment teams, and scale reliably in production. We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer who is deeply technical, AI‑literate, and motivated to own the end‑to‑end creation of AI Co‑Workers. This role suits someone with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands‑on experience with modern AI systems who wants to lead real builds, not research projects. Lead the technical design and implementation of AI Co‑Workers from concept through production deployment - Translate real business constraints into scalable AI and engineering solutions - Own system architecture across models, orchestration logic, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations - Lead technical decision‑making for LLM usage, model selection, prompt design, evaluation, and monitoring - Guide AI Engineers through build, test, and release cycles - Partner closely with Engagement Leads to align technical execution with value delivery - Ensure engineering quality across performance, reliability, security, and maintainability - Identify technical risks early and drive pragmatic solutions in ambiguous environments - Contribute hands‑on to critical parts of the build while enabling the team to move faster

  • Ability to reason about trade‑offs across accuracy, latency, cost, scalability, and delivery speed
  • Experience guiding or mentoring other engineers through complex builds
  • Comfort explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Bias toward ownership, learning, and shipping real systems
  • Curiosity about how AI systems behave in production, not just in theory
  • Why Join Us?
  • A high-performance culture
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Experience world-class leadership
  • Scale of impact and purpose
  • A competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory
  • Work with the best in the industry
