Supporting the platform across multiple modules. - 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development experience across multiple modules - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices - Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.) - Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub - Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular/React for Service Portal) - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required - Demonstrated ability to context-switch between different modules and workstreams - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns Preferred: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or multiple Implementation Specialist certifications EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT POLICY Oaktree is committed to diversity and to equal opportunity employment.
