Responsibilities

- Assist with tax incentive, cross-border, withholding tax and structuring discussions where relevant.
- Work with internal accounting, corporate secretarial and compliance teams to ensure tax matters are properly coordinated.
- Provide internal guidance or training to junior team members on tax filing processes, tax treatment and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, SCTP or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 4 to 8 years of relevant Singapore corporate tax experience.
- Experience in a tax firm, accounting firm, corporate services firm, fund administrator or in-house tax role will be considered.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore corporate income tax requirements and IRAS filing processes.
- GST experience would be an advantage.
- Exposure to SMEs, investment holding companies, fund structures, family offices or cross-border structures would be useful.
- Able to review accounts and identify tax issues independently.
- Meticulous, responsible and able to manage filing deadlines.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Able to communicate tax matters clearly and practically to both internal teams and clients.
- Comfortable working in a growing professional services environment.
