About the role

PMs at Reflection own a product end-to-end. One person is accountable for: working directly with research to shape what gets built, driving the product surface, owning the open-source release and community, building ecosystem and partner relationships, and leading the go-to-market motion. There is no separate OSS lead, ecosystem PM, or product marketing layer to hand work off to. You are all of those things. This is a deliberately wide charter. We hire PMs who are energized by that, not ones who would prefer narrower scope and more specialised counterparts.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with research leads to shape model releases and product direction - including what gets cut and when
  • Own the open-source release end-to-end: licensing, documentation, community, contribution health
  • Build and maintain partner and ecosystem relationships (inference providers, cloud partners, developer platforms)
  • Lead the GTM motion for your product area - positioning, launch, developer adoption
  • Define and instrument success metrics that tell you whether the bet is working, not just whether you shipped

Requirements

  • We are not looking for PMs who coordinate well or who can produce credible-sounding answers from adjacent experience. This loop is designed to tell the difference.
