Finance & Accounting (75%) Manage full set of accounts, including account receivables (AR) and account payables (AR), general ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations Issue invoice Perform month-end and year-end closing activities Maintain proper accounting records and documentation Support financial reporting process Manage company finance mailbox and response to parent's finance related query Assist with the submission of Fees Protection Scheme Support audit, GST and tax filing, and other statutory compliance matters. Assist with other role-related task assigned by the finance manager Payroll & HR (25%) Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time Process payroll calculation, including allowances and deduction as instructed Act as first layer of checking for claims Ensure compliance with statutory requirement, including CPF, IRAS, SDL IR21 and other government related submission Maintain payroll records and employee information in the system Handle payroll-related queries from employees Assist with other role-related task assigned by the Head of HR
