Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of all residential stone installation and masonry work within assigned area including new residential construction and repair/remodel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, construction management or similar, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Solid understanding of the residential construction process
  • Experience in the new construction/remodel industry preferred
  • Construction Project management experience a plus

Overview: The project manager is responsible for the preparation, planning, and execution of residential (and commercial when required) installation of stone veneer and masonry projects for their assigned portfolio. This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationships. Project managers are the primary drivers of quality and timeliness of primarily new construction projects in the residential space, as well as repair and remodel where applicable. The successful candidated will reside in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
