- Own HR Data, AI & Insight Products

- What You Bring
- 8+ years in HR Technology, People Analytics, Product Management, or related fields
- Experience building and owning end-to-end solutions or products
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- HR systems (e.g., Workday)
- Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Employee listening tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint)
- AI / automation use cases (preferred)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Experience working in Agile or product-based environments
