About the role

As a Project Manager, you will: Lead procurement-related projects from initiation through close, ensuring accountability for outcomes and intended business benefits. Apply the project management standard operating procedure (SOP), PMI principles, Thomson Reuters standards, and appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Drive structured project planning, including charter development, scope definition, deliverables, governance, stakeholder mapping, timelines, budgets, and risk management. Facilitate design thinking activities to support process improvement and solution development. Monitor and control project performance, managing risks, issues, changes, and quality standards. Deliver high-quality outputs such as reports, documentation, playbooks, training materials, and technology-enabled solutions. Establish governance structures, communication plans, and meeting cadences to maintain stakeholder alignment. Partner with Services functions including sourcing, real estate, business intelligence, and digital enablement to drive progress. Support the Program Manager in developing materials and deliverables for the CoE while independently advancing assigned initiatives. Document lessons learned and ensure sustainable transition of project outcomes to appropriate owners. About You: You are a strong fit for the Project Manager role if you bring: A bachelor's degree in project management or a related field or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment. Preferably project management certification (PMP). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including charters, WBS, Gantt charts, risk registers, and change management practices. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve project planning, coordination, reporting, and execution (AI-related certification is a plus). Basic knowledge of procurement processes. Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred. Experience leading projects involving low code/no code solutions (desired). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency required. Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect information across functions, and take practical action to move work forward.
