Responsibilities
- As part of our agile and collaborative team, you will:
- Provide technical support to customers, logging issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions
- Collaborate with engineers, product specialists, and global teams to deliver new features
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute innovative ideas
- Support end-to-end feature development , from concept through deployment
- Help maintain the performance, stability, and integrity of our Clinical LIMS platform
- Escalate and coordinate customer issues with the appropriate teams as needed
- Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and code reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience building and supporting complex, large-scale applications
- Experience working in a customer-facing or support-focused role
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience in clinical laboratory environments (e.g., newborn screening, microbiology)
- Familiarity with Intersystems Ensemble\IRIS
- Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (Angular, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Intersystems/cache, SQL)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
