Job Description: Ryan Companies is hiring for a Senior Corporate Paralegal wo supports the legal department in general matters of the business. This individual will support the insurance risk team, as well as the construction lawyers with certificate of insurance and renewals, licensing; subcontracts; litigation and insurance claims; and other process improvements including AI initiatives. Some things you can expect to do: Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, resolutions and other corporate filings. Conduct comprehensive research on various legal issues, regulations, and case law. Analyze and summarize the findings to assist attorneys in making informed decisions and developing legal strategies. Assist in drafting and maintaining corporate policies, monitor compliance deadlines, and help prepare necessary reports and filings for regulatory agencies. Provide support for any litigation by gathering and organizing relevant documents, preparing deposition summaries, drafting legal pleadings, and assisting with trial preparation. Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, external attorneys, and other stakeholders, helping to facilitate communication, coordinate meetings, and ensure that relevant parties receive necessary legal information and updates. To be successful in this role you must have: Bachelors' degree and paralegal certificate. Minimum of 8 years corporate paralegal experience. Skilled in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to create and work within a defined schedule. Ability to multi-task. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
