Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Wellness team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, systems, and departmental processes to support operational excellence.
  • Deliver group classes or wellness sessions when required.
  • Plan and curate guest wellness experiences, events, and activation programs.
  • Who We're Looking For
  • Experienced Spa professional with leadership background, with at least 3 years in the role.
  • Strong operational mindset with attention to detail.
  • Natural leader who inspires, motivates, and supports the team.
  • Experience in hotel pre-opening will be considered as a plus.
  • Reservations systems knowledge.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of upselling and revenue generation.
  • Guest-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
  • Passionate about wellness, hospitality, and delivering memorable experiences.
  • Good command of English.
