Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on NetSuite operational support including:
- Sales order cancellations and corrections

- Troubleshoot issues related to integrated systems such as Coupa, Pigment, Maxima, Navan, and Spendflo.
- Work with IT and external vendors when deeper technical support is required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on NetSuite administration or consulting experience
- Strong experience with:
- Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Light Manufacturing, SuiteBilling
- Order-to-Cash, Billing, and Subscriptions
- Solid accounting foundation (revenue recognition, journal entries, financial impacts)
- Proven experience executing data cleanups and transactional fixes in production environments
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with autonomy and accountability
- Ability to explain complex system behavior to non-technical stakeholders
- NetSuite Administrator certification
- Experience with CSV imports, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
- Exposure to SuiteScript (hands-on or partner-supported)
- Experience supporting hardware businesses or warehouse configurations
- Experience with NetSuite integrations beyond core finance
- Work authorization in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
