Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of all systems to verify effective implementation of maintenance programs in compliance with guidelines
- Ensure all facility works are performed safely and in accordance with established safety procedures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Senior Manager to support facility management objectives
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in facility management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale facility operations
- Strong interpersonal skills to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
- Service-oriented mindset focused on client satisfaction
- In-depth knowledge of building systems and mechanical & electrical (M&E) operations with hands-on experience
- High level of initiative, integrity, and leadership capability
- Strong planning, organizing, and quality management skills
