- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting practices, interviewer effectiveness, sourcing capabilities, and talent acquisition operations across the organization
- What We Need:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology companies or global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of the Israeli talent market and hiring landscape.
- Proven experience recruiting for complex and hard-to-fill technical and business roles.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and provide thoughtful guidance on hiring decisions.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using recruiting data and market insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
