Job Description As a Senior Experience Designer, you will... Design within an AI-augmented environment, creating intuitive, context-aware experiences where AI enhances human decision-making in mission-critical scenarios. Collaborate in a future-focused team to design end-to-end solutions for users across diverse sectors, including government, public safety, and enterprise. Drive strategic innovation as an integral part of a growing team shaping the company's long-term product vision. Partner with UX researchers to capture and synthesize field insights, translating them into rapid ideation, prototypes, and production-ready designs. Maintain close, daily cross-functional cooperation with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment. Basic Requirements 3+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience, with a proven track record of delivering comprehensive, intuitive, end-to-end solutions. A portfolio showcasing detailed use cases is required. Deep understanding of designing for AI/ML-driven products, including data visualization, predictive workflows, explainable AI (transparency), handling system error states, and building user trust. Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to accelerate rapid prototyping, exploration, and workflow efficiency. Advanced proficiency in Figma and industry-standard prototyping, wireframing, and design tools. Strong expertise in visual design, utilizing and contributing to robust design systems and comprehensive design documentation. Proven experience in research-fueled, data-driven rapid ideation and iterating based on user feedback. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines to solve complex user problems while taking full ownership of the design strategy and final solutions. Compelling storytelling and communication skills, with a strong command of design thinking principles and best practices. Excellent articulation skills, with the ability to clearly defend and communicate the "why" behind design decisions to stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams. Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal). A natural curiosity and aptitude for quickly understanding complex technological backends and the human context of the user environment.
