We're a growing digital marketing agency working with SMEs in Singapore. - Qualifying prospects to understand their business needs and challenges
- Actively hunting for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach and other prospecting methods
- Setting up and handling sales conversations (calls, meetings, follow-ups)
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Closing deals and onboarding new clients into the agency
- Following up with existing clients for upsell, cross-sell, and referrals
- Keeping basic records of conversations, pipelines, and client status
