What you will Be Up To: Leading and motivating Store Managers to achieve sales targets, KPIs and amazing customer experiences Visiting stores, coaching teams and driving continuous improvement Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development across the region Ensuring strong compliance across safety, stock, margins and risk processes Analysing performance and competitor trends to support smart business decisions Creating a positive, safe and engaged culture where people love what they do
